Plan B became driving straight west over to the Mississippi River and following the Great River Road to see what we could see. Oh my, we were treated with delights to the eyes! We traveled over 350 miles round trip, but it took us over 12 hours! We had a GREAT time laughing, talking, driving, stopping, u-turning, and all kinds of other crazy stuff!
I'll share just a few of the sites we were blessed to behold, but I'll save many to share after I have done some editing. These are all straight out of the camera.
We had an amazing day, and we both found all of the things on our "bucket list" of things we wanted to photograph for the day! I can't wait to do some editing and show you more in the coming weeks.
But for now, I've got a house to clean before my family all arrives home tonight after being at church camp for 4 days!
